Dr Charis Teong

Dr. Charis Teong specializes in in-depth research on women, marriage, and relationship. Her expertise is reflected in the three books she has authored: Marriage Matters, Think Clearly, Do the Right Thing, and Helping Grieving Child. Since 2015, she has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Agape Counselling Centre Malaysia (JB). Additionally, she is a guest lecturer at seminaries such as Singapore Bible College, Malaysia Bible Seminary, and the Bible Society of Singapore.

超过20年的专业辅导，教学与办讲座经验。专长于整合心理治疗，认知行为治疗、组织家庭治疗、婚姻辅导，婚外情、团体辅导，哀伤团体治疗、创伤治疗、沙箱治疗、儿童游戏治疗以及灵性治疗。

深入研究女性，婚姻、人际、情绪、男女议题、同性恋、儿童议题及辅导专业伦理。著作有《婚姻那回事》，《想清楚，做对事》以及《帮助孩子走出哀伤》。这些年也在不同专栏至少发表了一百篇以上的辅导专业文章。自2015年起，张博士担任博爱辅导中心新山分会执行长一职。此外，她还在新加坡神学院、马来西亚圣经神学院、道耕学院等担任客座讲师。
