As a counsellor I believe that everyone faces challenges at some point in life.  I have experience conducting individual, couple, and group counselling sessions for individuals across different age. I worked in diverse settings, including schools and private centers. Passionate about supporting individuals in overcoming life's challenges, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters resilience, holistic well-being, and personal growth. Reaching out for help is not a weakness, but courage. If you're facing difficulties want to grow as a person or just need someone to talk to, I'm here with you.

作为一名心理咨询师，我相信每个人在人生中都会遇到一些挑战和困难，这是正常的。 我曾为不同年龄层的人提供个别辅导、伴侣辅导及团体辅导，并曾在学校及私人辅导中心等不同环境中工作，服务对象从儿童到成人都有。我热衷于陪伴来访者一起面对生活中的困扰，在安全、接纳和尊重的空间里，探索自己的想法与感受，发掘自身的力量，并逐步朝向自己想要的生活前进。 适时寻求支持并不是软弱，而是一种照顾自己的方式。无论你正在面临困难，想更好地了解自己，还是只需要一个可以倾诉的空间，我都会在这里陪伴你。
